My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not as clean as expected, with lumpy pillows and dirty floors, and there was no immediate hot water. On the bright side, the hotel offered a great recommendation for a local burger place, and the service was wonderful. The location was convenient but had some cleanliness issues like muddy footprints and dirty band-aids. The dining experience was enjoyable with hearty breakfast options but could use a bit more variety.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were fairly nice and clean with a very nice view of the bay and SS Milwaukee, but the musty smell was off-putting. The service was great and very friendly, although there were some issues with cleanliness. The location was awesome, right across the street from Manistee lake and two big ships, but the smell of sour mildew was a downside. The dining options were not very appetizing and lacked variety. Overall, a stay with both positives and negatives.
