My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not as clean as expected, with lumpy pillows and dirty floors, and there was no immediate hot water. On the bright side, the hotel offered a great recommendation for a local burger place, and the service was wonderful. The location was convenient but had some cleanliness issues like muddy footprints and dirty band-aids. The service was great and very friendly, although there were some issues with cleanliness. The location was awesome, right across the street from Manistee lake and two big ships, but the smell of sour mildew was a downside. The dining options were not very appetizing and lacked variety. Overall, a stay with both positives and negatives.
